Beverage Director

Trevor Langer joined Porchlight as  Beverage Director in Spring 2024. A Brooklyn resident by way of suburban Illinois, Trevor has held bartending and leadership roles with some of New York’s most noteworthy cocktail destinations, including The Polynesian, Happiest Hour, Bar Calico, and most recently Jac’s on Bond. Armed with an experienced perspective and unique approach to bar programming, Trevor joined the Porchlight team in spring 2024, imbuing the beverage menu with his signature blend of fun and technique.
